We scope for outcomes, not headcount.
Rather than supplying a standard consulting framework for you to apply on your own or charging you for each FTE, we co-design interim roles around the outcomes you need the most. That allows engagements to remain flexible enough to adapt as priorities evolve, while always staying dedicated to measurable progress.
Similar to how a SaaS agreement would work, there is a monthly fee for our services. This allows us to provide whatever-it-takes support behind the scenes without interrupting progress. It also allows us to move as quickly as possible without the weight of dragging out billable hours.
